Rural areas live mostly from their cultural landscapes. The preservation of species-rich cultural landscapes and the simultaneous development of attractive living conditions in rural areas are core concerns of Lancare Germany (DVL).

The DVL sees itself as a partner of many other actors from agriculture, municipalities, local recreation and tourism. Modern landcare must aim to create added value as well as to use our landscapes in a way that is gentle and appropriate.
